U16 Hurling Championship Result:

Adare 4 5 Southside Gaels 0 17

A cracking game in Adare on Monday night ended in a draw. Both teams serving up  a great display of hurling and could not be separated  on the score board at the end of the hour.The team remain in a playoff position in the battle for the county semi final.

Senior Football  County League:

St Patrick's 2 8 St Kierans 0 13

A  good  win for the senior football  team in the league that gives them hope of remaining in Division one for  another season.More importantly  this was a good tough game in preparation for the upcoming county championship match against Fr Caseys.Well done to all on a much improved outing.

Limerick 0 27 Kilkenny  1 22:

Gearoid  Hegarty with a huge contribution of three points  from play and a massive win  for Limerick. Next stop Croke park and the All Ireland hurling semi final against Cork. Diarmuid  Hegarty  and the Limerick minors will also look to reach the semi final when they play Kilkenny this weekend.Best of luck Diarmuid and the Limerick minor hurling team.

Championship Games Deferred:

The Intermediate Hurling Championship and Senior Football Championship  games involving St Patrick's ,scheduled for the next  two weekends, will now be refixed with Limerick playing Cork on July 29.
