Louth ladies urged to look forward

Louth manager Darren Bishop is urging the Wee County to look forward to Sunday’s All-Ireland ladies JFC final.

The Reds were beaten by Limerick at Croke Park in last year’s decider but have battled back brilliantly to this weekend’s showcase, where they will lock horns with Fermanagh at 11.45am.

“I use this analogy of the car regularly,” the Monaghan native told The Argus. “You have the windscreen when you are driving forward and you have to see out in front.

“Your rear view mirror is a very small mirror to what happened in the past and is forgotten about very quickly. We need to be looking forward and we need to be fully focussed on getting a full performance on Sunday.”
