Adrian Mullen is the recipient of the 2019 PwC GAA/GPA Young Hurler of the Year award.
Mullen is the first Kilkenny player to win the accolade since his Ballyhale Shamrocks club-mate James Fitzpatrick in 2006.

The 20-year-old missed the cut for the All-Stars team which was named yesterday but has been recognised for his impressive debut season with the Cats.
Kyle Hayes (Limerick) and Rory O'Connor (Wexford) were the other nominees in this category.
