Gavin White has emerged an injury concern for Kerry ahead of their Munster SFC semi-final against Clare or Waterford on June 1.

The 22-year-old defender, who has been nominated by his club Dr Crokes to captain the Kingdom in the championship, suffered a shoulder injury during the Killarney club's 1-18 to 1-14 victory over Kerins O'Rahilly's at Strand Road on Saturday evening. He is set to have a scan to ascertain the extent of the damage.

The win saw Crokes finish top of Group 2 and they will now meet Austin Stacks in the Kerry club SFC final next Sunday after the Tralee men eased to a 1-16 to 0-12 victory away to Kenmare yesterday morning.

Stacks had former county star Kieran Donaghy sent off in the second half, but he won't miss next weekend's final at Austin Stack Park because it was for a second yellow card offence.
