With the results today Kerry can not be promoted. If my calculations are correct, Offaly need to beat Antrim by 8 points in the postponed fixture to return to Division 1. Any other result would see Antrim progress.
There appears to be a bit of a split between the top 3 teams and the bottom 3.

The top 2 teams qualify for the final, with the winner of that promoted.
Not looking good for Kerry though, as a win for Offaly at home vs. Antrim (by less than 37 points) will see both Offaly and Antrim through to the final.
Meath have the honour of being one of the most consistent teams in Ireland, we've finished 4th in 2A for three years in a row. Only Cavan hurlers can match this if they finish 2nd last in 3B again.

The top two teams go into a promotion final. So if Antrim beat Offaly then Kerry and Antrim will be in the final. Kerry can still progress.
