Any good examples of Senior Stars that did NOT play Minors or Under 21s in Hurling or Football? Late bloomers?

Is it more obvious because he's from Dublin or why is it more obvious?

Brogan played u21 with Dublin. Kieran Donaghy played minor and u21 with Kerry.

Can't be too sure about u21 but I'm fairly certain Brian Fenton and kevo mcmenamin didn't play minor for Dublin, also Conor Mcmanus for monaghan

Brian Fenton was on the Dublin 2014 U21 All ireland winning team. I think McManus played U21 but he didn't even make the minor panel.

Paul Murphy played for Kerrys u21s in 2012.

McManus played some underage but never featured too much,
Also started out as a half back for Monaghan

Karl O'Connell didn't even take up football til about 17/18 I think, got onto the senior county team about 24 if I remember right. Now he's won 2 Ulster titles and an All Star.

Pretty sure Drew Wylie didn't play minor or U-21 for Monaghan.

Bernard Brogan didn't play minor football for Dublin (he was on the hurling panel though) but did play U21. He wasn't a star on that U21 team iirc. I think he fits the definition of a late bloomer in anyways. Started off as a senior in the mid 00s and didn't exactly set the world alight until 2009.

Michael Fitzsimons, Eoghan O'Gara and Brian Fenton didn't play minor for Dublin afaik.
