They're welcome to him. Dalo didn't give near the required level of commitment to Kilmacud during his time there (didn't attend gym sessions etc.) and the players certainly weren't unhappy to see the back of him. A "brave" effort in the 2018 championship (after toppling the AI champions) and a whupping at the hands of Cuala are all he has to show for his time at the club. Replying To Ban: "When you fail you can either blame or grow!" That's fair. I wasn't in favour of Dalo getting the role in the first place but he wasn't the only factor in KC not kicking on. The team has been there or there abouts for the last few years and have a lot of miles on the clock so I'd imagine they'll need an infusion of youth to reset the clock. That's partially why I'd like an internal appointment, preferably someone who's worked in the underage setup for the last few years who is aware of the emerging talent.
