Has any other player a record (from play) comparable to this? Noel McGrath has played 52 championship matches for Tipperary, scoring in all but two, an unbelievable 96% strike-rate. Don't know of any hurlers but Paul Geaney has played 33 championship matches for Kerry, scored in 31 of them and from play in 30 of them.
