You could argue that a referee was very kind to Meath in a Leinster final then should never have won. It was human error.
The notion that refs go out and try to manufacture results in order to suit a particular agenda is laughable nonsense.

Considering Galway's highly publicized mishandling of funds and forking out funding to its Inter-county teams that exceeds nearly every county in the country

Money is everything in the GAA. Teams are further weakened because the real money is in America.

Mainly affects rural counties as Trump is stopping Dubs getting in
