Sorry now but Offaly were hardly challengers. That win was their first in ten championship seasons & they haven't won it since. It was as much a surprise to them as Kerry.

I know it's gas. The Dubs had to play about 7/8 games last year. In 1980 Kerry won a Sam with just 3 games Munster Final v Cork AI Semi v Offaly AI Final v Rossies Imagine just 3 games for an AI.
