Kerry should be split as well they won five minors.
Other county football teams could you combine to make it a far 16 team home and away championship league.
The regional teams will need to be renamed as well.

Combine counties Galway Roscommon Mayo Leitrim and maybe Sligo and call it Connacht. Combine the northern counties and call them Ulster. Combine the south western counties and call them Munster. Combine the Leinster counties except Dublin and call them beyond the pale.

Or alternatively divide Dublin in 2.
