Fermanagh Ban Media

(Oldest Posts First)

I see Fermanagh would not let any media from Donegal into their press conference/media day. Journalists get no respect and just trying to do their jobs. Not a good development. Hope this doesn't catch on and become the norm.

Bit rich coming from a Donegal perspective. Donegal wouldnt even release their team last week to the media which is pathetic and worse imo

God forbid our reporters might yield some tactical insight from the short, bland responses which county players are renowned for before big matches. This is madness.

This is obviously a hangover from last year when Rory left the Donegal job, he must be blaming the media in Donegal for his exit. I thought the media gave Rory a fair crack at the whip, some of the stuff on social media was vile but I wouldn't class those people as supporters.

To be honest I couldn't care less about this as these press conferences are just boring beyond belief. Not sure why they even bother doing them.

You cant fault players and management for talking about nothing before matches.

The slightest opportunity and a manager tries to use it as fuel to gain maximum motivation before games.

Not sure Fermanagh needed to take this line though - but sure it gives us something to talk about!

There's already plenty of fuel for both camps so this is all a bit redundant really.

Ha yeah, who really cares. Rory is trying to stir things up and create a siege mentality but not sure anyone really cares except the media themselves. I knew the next 2 weeks were going to be the Rory Gallagher show, he likes the attention. People need to realize its all about him, nothing to do with the players lol. Fermanagh have some excellent players but that will all get lost in this circus.

This is the best laugh I've had in a while, Kim Jong Rory, I can imagine Leo and the boys will be raring to go, RG's game plan is one dimensional, he cost us Ulster titles with this nonsense,
I'd imagine the Fermanagh goalie will have a sore neck from looking up at the ball sailing over his crossbar.
Donegal by 10 points + at our ease.
