What's funny about it? They have as good a chance as the other 3 of challenging the Dub's and I for one sincerely hope they reach the Final. There is no real dislike between Donegal and Monaghan and they usually support each other and never any animosity among fans. So a bit of respect wouldn't go amiss on your part. No call for that! Most Donegal fans want to see Monaghan do well. Not a classy post from the DL poster but don't please don't start degrading Donegal as you could very easily end up with egg on your face.

Think if you look back on many Monaghan related posts by your fellow county men & women, you will find that you are quite unique in your outlook & support of Monaghan, and sometimes, just sometimes, there is the straw that breaks etc .... Well used to egg, but I find it quite good for the complexion..., greysoil (Monaghan) - Posts: 965 - 07/08/2018 21:17:01 2130612 Link 0 |
Not that unique! Just scroll up this page and you have another DL poster wishing youse well. The tackle on Mark McHugh in 2013 didn't go down well with Donegal fans, however as a whole Donegal have no issues with Monaghan as far as I'm aware. Sarcasm as they say is the lowest form of wit, but no pun intended, On your head be it! InishowenMan (Donegal) - Posts: 216 - 07/08/2018 21:33:34 2130619 Link 0 |
Monaghan For AI?? Sure why not, unlikely but yeah good to have dreams. arock (Dublin) - Posts: 4896 - 07/08/2018 21:39:53 2130624 Link 0 |
The defeat in 2013 didn't go down well in Donegal. Anyone who has a problem with the tackle is either biased or didn't kick much ball. Jim McGuiness' comments about that tackle were a complete disgrace.

In fairness they were only a hair's breath away from getting there, I think a lot of credit is due to them. realdub (Dublin) - Posts: 8589 - 12/08/2018 17:16:10 2132290 Link 3 |
