Father and son on same inter county team

I guess this is a regular occurrence at club level especially with rural teams struggling to make up the numbers for a reserve team but certainly rare at inter-county level. Anyone know of any other fathers and sons that have played together on the same inter county team past or present.

Sean Stakelum (originally from Thurles) & son Robbie hurled for Longford in the early 90's.

Fair dues anyway to any man in his 40s that can keep the dreaded "calf sniper" at bay - wonderful family achievement.

Michael O'Dowd Snr. & Jnr., both hurled together for Monaghan in mid 80's.
Michael Jnr. also played SFC for Monaghan. Indeed he won an Ulster SFC, A National lge title & scored a goal v Kerry in '85 all-Ireland semi-final, in a game, famous for Eamonn McEnaneys last gasp 45m+ equalizer !

I played a junior hurling match and we were having trouble making the numbers that day. My Da, who was to be umpire, put on a jersey, ran onto the pitch, and said "we've 15 now".
I was 22 and he was young 66 years of age, he scored a cracker of a point too :D
Age gap wise, I'd wager that was quite unique.

44 year age gap! Great story.
