Comhghairdeas to the Dublin Senior Ladies Footballers on following their male counterparts act and retaining the All-Ireland title! Also congratulations to our own Ladies team who were runners-up in their first ever All-Ireland Junior 7s tournament! Our Senior Hurlers are in action this weekend as they face St Kevin's in the Intermediate C'ship 1/4 final in Dolphin 's Park at 5pm on Saturday, Sept 22. Our Senior Footballers booked their place in the Intermediate C'ship 1/4 final with a convincing 4-20 to 1-05 win in their final group match vs the Garda on Saturday - next they face O'Tooles on Sept 29/30 (TBC) in their home 1/4 final tie. The much anticipated Oneness events in Chicago kick off this week and anyone interested in supporting the Sept 19 & 20 events please get in touch - it was great to see Enda Kenny open the Dublin North Inner City artefacts museum ahead of his departure to Chicago for the events. He was joined by Dublin Footballers MDMA & Brian Fenton, Lord Mayor Nial Ring (also headed to Chicago) as well a strong OCS pupil contingent - all of which was on the front page of The Irish Times! Adult Hurling and Football teams train in Scoil Mondays and Thursdays from 6.30pm. Ladies training is in Scoil on Mondays at 8pm. Mothers and Others training takes place on Tuesdays at 7pm.
