Carla Rowe and Dublin are in dreamland after retaining the Brendan Martin Cup at Croke Park today.
Rowe netted two goals in her side’s 3-11 to 1-12 victory over Cork and picked up the ‘Player of the Match’ award shortly after the final whistle.
“It’s just amazing, I never thought we’d be here getting back-to-backs, never mind last year,” a thrilled Rowe remarked to TG4’s GAA BEO.
“It’s just so overwhelming, I can’t believe it!”
She added: “It was some battle, there was a point between us for a lot of the game and it was just a fantastic match between the two of us.”
