That probably won't be good enough against Tyrone - Scully

Dublin's Niall Scully celebrates with Paul Mannion after firing in one of his two goals against Donegal

Niall Scully's brace of goals saw him walk away with the 'man-of-the-match' accolade from this evening's Super 8 victory over Donegal.

The Templeogue Synge Street player raised a green flag in each half as Dublin finished with five points to spare over the Ulster champions.

"For the first one I just put the head down and kept running and then found myself inside so I had a shot," the half-forward recalled when interviewed by The Saturday Game.

"Luckily enough then for the second one, Jonny (Cooper) laid it off and I was inside on my own.

"It was all about the team performance out there and we know going forward, against Tyrone next week that probably won't be good enough."

A trip to Omagh is next up for Scully and his team-mates.

"Over the last two to three weeks, we've been fully focussed on Donegal, we've been putting all of our effort in there. We've been taking it one game at a time.

"We're straight into Tyrone now and looking forward to that."
