Host club Kilmacud Crokes claimed the spoils in this year’s Londis All-Ireland Senior Football Sevens competition courtesy of a 1-11 to 1-9 final victory over An Riocht of Down this evening.
Clubs from all over the country descended on Pairc de Burca, Glenalbyn and Silverpark today for the hugely popular tournament which got underway at 11am.
Crokes dethroned holders Corofin in the last four on a scoreline of 1-10 to 0-9 while An Riocht booked their final ticket thanks to a 3-13 to 1-11 penultimate stage victory over Carryduff.
