A hard-earned two-point win over Kildare today sees Derry take over in pole position on the Allianz HL Division 2B table.

The Oak Leafers won the top of the table clash in Newbridge on a scoreline of 0-21 to 1-16.

Elsewhere, Down and Wicklow enjoyed victories over Warwickshire and Donegal respectively.
