At the Intermediate Camogie in Belfast, An Riocht suffered a heavy defeat to Bredagh 9-17 to 3-2. There was huge disappointment when the Senior Camogie at Dunavil v Clonduff did not take place at the second time of asking and as there was a referee available the question that awaits an answer is why ours was the only game not to take place? A frustrating week for the Camogs finished with the minors losing in Hilltown 7-5 to 0-3; a combination of work, school and other commitments meant we were short in all fixtures and should send home a message to all the players that to compete at the top levels you need everyone available all the time.

In the Minor Football at Saval, An Riocht lost 4-10 to 0-8.

In the Brian O'Hare Cup & Shield at Dunavil, 20 teams from 6 counties played 58 games before Magherafelt O'Donovan Rossa beat St Colmcilles Meath in the Cup Final while in the Shield, Carrickcruppen edged an Armagh derby beating Keady. Thanks to all the helpers but a special word for the boys who collected their Ulster Championship winners' medals with St Columban's on Friday evening and were first at Dunavil on Saturday morning helping out, refereeing and collecting results - well done Ben, Curtis and Reece.

The U12 Camogs played Darragh Cross at Dunavil on Sunday morning in a fantastic skilful game which we won seven goals to two points. Team Olivia Fegan/Nicole Curran, Shannon Marie Morgan, Annie McAleenan, Summer Clare, Niamh Hardy, Zoe Gannon, Lauren Marsh 1-0, Mya Campbell, Aoife Rooney, Anna Quinn 2-0, Emma Harper1-0, Mya Cousins, Taylor Rooney, Annalise White 2-0, Cliona Finnegan 1-0, Molly Sloan.
