Senior Men in conjunction with Donegal Commercial Vehicles

Our senior men teams are scheduled to play Bundoran away this weekend with games fixed for Sunday at 1:30 and 3:00

Termon GAA Minor Board in association with Kellys Centra The Mountain Top Letterkenny

It was well worth the wait. Our first ever underage A title was secured in the most dramatic of fashions in Moyle Park Milford on Friday last when a 64th minute point from Jack Alcorn saw our U16 boys take the lead for the first time in the game. An early Gaoth Dobhair goal was cancelled out by a 3 pointer of our own from Marty Steele, his 3rd championship goal of the year, all from center half back. It was a real test of character for our boys who drew level on two occasions during the game but could not get the lead until Jacks super cool late late score that secured the win. A word for Gaoth Dobhair who put in a huge performance in what was a tough but sporting game. What a few years these boys have had with an All Ireland Feile Div 1 final two years ago being the highlight under the watch of Paddy Gallagher and James Cassidy who had coached this team to County wins in Go Games at U12 and U13 and a Donegal U14 league title. Trevor Alcorn Dan Conaghan Ricky Gallagher and Daire Mc Daid took on these boys this year and the culmination of the hard work over the past few years and the hard work done by Trevor and his back room team since February was rewarded with that incredible performance on Friday evening. Well done to everyone involved. A huge thanks to John, Sheila and everyone in the Lagoon for the refreshments at short notice on Friday night. The boys don't have long to celebrate as the NRB Div 1 League final is fixed for Friday 27th Vs St Eunans. Training resumes tomorrow evening 6pm at The Burn Rd.

Our U9 and U10 boys rounded off the first phase of their season with their "finals" in Mc Cumhaill Park on Friday last. Thanks to all the boys who were there and Liam and Jim were impressed with the performances with our U9 boys playing particularly well. The U9 boys have another outing this weekend with more details later in the week.

Our U14 boys will face off with Moville next Monday evening at The Burn Road in the Donegal League Div 1 QF. Training resumes on Wednesday at 6.30 -8pm. On Saturday last 26 of our U14 boys travelled to Croke Park for the Donegal Super 8 game with Dublin and for a challenge game against St Pats Donabate earlier in the day. A huge thanks to former club members Brian and Fiona Gallagher, now members of St Pats for the fantastic hospitality we received. The boys played an entertaining game against a strong home team in glorious sunshine on the hosts brand new pitch. Thanks to St Pats for feeding all 51 of our traveling party before they headed to Croke Park, we hope to be able to return the favor in the near future.

Good luck to our Minor boys who begin their Donegal Div 2 Championship with a home game Vs Milford tomorrow evening with a 7pm throw in. It's been a tough time for PJ and James in trying to get their team prepared with injury's, exams and the U16 games in recent weeks but we know this team will be expecting to do really well in this competitions and a win tomorrow night would be a great start. Good luck boys.
