So John Small drags Murphy to the ground (again) and both men get sent off? Same Craic as Clifford a few weeks ago. A joke.

Why are you surprised? He had earlier conned the ref by going down "injured" after taking Ryan McHugh out of the game. We've seen this before.

Small should have been off already at that stage as a few minutes earlier he took out Ryan McHugh off the ball before comically going down in a heap clutching his head as if he had been taken out. That sort of stuff spoils what was a great game from both teams.

Of course he did....Small had form with this type of thing. Watch him off the ball for a few mins in any game.

Wouldn't say anyone is at full strength in February to be fair.

The less said about a certain Dublin footballer the better, but he is the most cynical player in the country. It was a disgrace the way Murphy got treated this evening and people wonder why our better players are opting for Australia.

Referees, linesmen and umpires need to get their act together quickly and hammer cynical players.

Shane Walsh will need Jujutsu lessons before the Dubs come to Salthill, he will be targeted in a dimilar fashion to Clifford.

This is going to be hilarious.....

Whisper......it's not the big bad boys from Tyrone who "get players sent off."

Even though Petey Harte was sent of just the same as golden child David

Did Keegan make Cavanagh tackle Aidan O'Shea around the neck?

Small did what Small had to do. I would have him in my team everyday.

Didnt lose us that game.

Every team needs a few John Smalls.

Every team has a boll*x or two in amongst them, it's bloody frustrating being on the end of it but we left that behind us there. Need to sort out our chance conversion because we're doing more than enough to win these games but leaving big scores behind

Yes the way he went down against Mayo having been clothes lined was a disgrace.

It is a joke but it has been that way for years. If two players tangle then regardless of who the instigator is both get yellow. It's a nonsense and always has been. It's the default setting for every referee.

Certainly agree it didn't lose us the game and fair dues to Dublin for showing yet again why they're the best in Ireland, simply relentless. Another very narrow defeat for us. Still happy personally that we are doing a lot of things well but lots of things we can be better at too. Giving cheap ball away and forwards not physical enough on opposition kickouts need improving.

Every team has a hard man or two. What is annoying is a so-called "hard man" who has a habit of feigning injury trying to get opponents sent off. Give me a Jonny Cooper or a Philly McMahon any day - Small isn't fit to lace their boots.

Small does what he does, Murphy roasted him generally though but then that's what Murphy does. A joy to watch.

Donegal missed 3 excellent goal chances tonight and Dublin jammed a goal. That was the difference in the end.

Hard luck on Donegal but they could've been out of sight.
