It was a good day for the visitors in Division 3A of the Allianz Hurling League with Tyrone, Armagh and Longford all picking up away victories.

Conor Grogan's late goal sealed a 1-21 to 1-16 win for Tyrone over Louth in Darver, while second half strikes from Eoin McGuinness and Ryan Gaffney enabled Armagh to see off Donegal by 2-17 to 0-15 in Letterkenny. Longford came away from Inniskeen with a 2-15 to 0-18 victory over Monaghan after leading by 1-10 to 0-8 at half-time.

In the day's only game in Division 3B, Fermanagh defeated neighbours Leitrim by 2-12 to 1-13 at Brewster Park.
