Patsy Lynch from Hallview, Stabannon passed away on November 20th, 2016. A member of Louth County Committee, Patsy gave a lifetime service and devotion to his club and the GAA. In addition to serving at County Committee level, he was also a member of the County CCC, representing junior clubs.
