From Marian Park, Dundalk, Michael McArdle passed away on November 24th, 2015 at the age of 85. With strong roots in the Castletown area, where his father Tom was a prominent member of Clan na Gael, Michael togged out for the club in his youth. He remained a staunch supporter of the Clans all his life and the high esteem in which he was held in the club was reflected by the huge representation at his funeral mass.
