Murphy a different class in first half, ran himself to the ground. Had Silke in trouble. Died out of it in second half

No stadium, regardless of how big or accessible it is, will always be at the mercy of those who decide to leave it late whether they're driving in or if they're still in the pub. How well the pubs or surrounding area does from a game shouldn't be a motivating factor in how well a stadium does imo. Atmosphere indeed was fantastic in both games. I wouldn't have expected anything less between these two teams. The close nature of the games certainly helped. With remaining funds and work to do, I suppose you're looking at 10'000-12'000 capacity potentially? I've always felt that this is the ceiling for Tuam and it would allow for smaller profile inter-county championship games. FallenStar (Galway) - Posts: 271 - 04/11/2019 13:54:44 2247662 Link 0 4 |

Well done Corofin again! They keep exceeding all expectations. I thought Tuam would pip them. 7 years in a row is a serious achievement no matter what sport. Tiddlywinks77 (Galway) - Posts: 262 - 08/11/2019 08:56:30 2248489 Link 0 0 |
I wasn't aware they attached audio to forum posts here, a landmark development for HoganStand!

I suppose it was only a matter of time that we would get Galway v Roscomon senior club final after the last number of FBD and senior Connacht finals of Galway v Roscommon. Pearses will need to defend well to stand a chance but clearly Corofin will be expected to land another Connacht title. The_analyser (Roscommon) - Posts: 2588 - 10/11/2019 19:27:26 2248915 Link 0 0 |
Can see Pearses taking a massive beating in this one.

Pearse's have a very solid defense with a few county players and some young, talented forwards. This will be no walk over for Corofin KerryBlood (Galway) - Posts: 8 - 13/11/2019 15:30:33 2249475 Link 0 0 |
Congrats to Oughterard on the intermediate win. Well deserved. Won easily in the end. Tiddlywinks77 (Galway) - Posts: 262 - 18/11/2019 10:14:02 2250103 Link 0 0 |
