True about gales templeport beat both killygarry and the gales together in minor level sad to see templeport that had such a great team which I loved watching playing great football slipping down on their high level that they had a lot of work to be done there

Close game between the local teams in division 1 with all the players havings played together in the virginia college teams. Fancy ramor with the likes of bradley, doyle and brady firing upfront but assan have some top forwards themselves with evan doughty and brian magee. Could come down to the backs! may the best team win

Such a display of quality football from a very special Ramor United team it was a joy to watch football at it's very best motm Matthew Magee was a pleasure to watch. It will be great if these players are brought into the Cavan U21 panel for it should give us high hopes for the U21 campaign that is of course they are allowed to play football and not be stifled with negative tactics. The club must be thinking for a bright few years with these lads. M McDermott Jack Brady and co must be very proud tonight after their fantastic year. Congratulations to all. Sean

Ramor were superb. They should have a good run at Ulster too I'd say! They have some fantastic players with big futures ahead of them. Worrying to see they still have Liam Brady, Matthew Magee, Summerville, Smart, Killian Maguire, Laurence Caffrey, young Farrelly, Bradley, Jamesey Brady all underage again next year. Then you have the likes of Patterson to come in and they young guns Seanie Keoghan and Killian Brady too who were impressive for the Cavan under 16s this year. Bright future in Ramor IF they manage these players well and can hold on to them. Congrats Ramor.

How many of that Ramor u 21 team played in the senior final this year. I reckon 10 or 11. I stand corrected. Number 1 to 8 all played . 8 maguire came on i think not sure. Then Bradley,Brady and Doyle. So that's 11. Not sure about maguire. I'd love to see what they are doing at underage. The speed and skill levels are exceptional. Our club could do with learning from Ramor. I'm a firm believer that if you put the work in you reap the rewards. This team could be 10 years in the making.

they look like a fantastic club ran right with everyone pulling the the same direction at all grades. Other clubs trainers/managers at all levels should be requesting help from them...meet with their juvenile board/trainers, watch some off their training sessions at all levels, get some info on their fundraising efforts, etc.

How they fare in the Ulster Club Championship will be a good indication of their standard on a wider scale. Within Cavan, it's very impressive what they've achieved and they are similar to what the Gaels were a decade ago; churning out fantastic underage players on a yearly basis.

There's just not the same level of jealousy with Ramor as there was with the Gaels when they were going well.

With respect Awwwwnow there is no comparison between Ramor and your club. Ramor have taken defeat and success with the utmost of dignity and no trying to rub it in. They are a joy and a credit to what the ethos of the GAA is all about. Out from maybe one or two I don't know any club that has bedgrudged M. McDermott and Ramour their success. You know you are dealing with a great team especially from my perspective when you see the way they leave their dressing room after them. They are a credit to their club their parish and the game. Thankfully there are a few more like them also along with our county team now.
Long may they continue.

Sean o Rinn they are not my club.. I admire all clubs who make the effort to gain success especially ones who do it through underage success like the Gaels did and now Ramor are doing.
My comment is on the level of abuse the Gaels received here and in real life for the success within the county that they created themselves from their underage structures. It was uncalled for.
Roll on 2017 and if the Gaels do get their act together you will see what I'm talking about.
Kingscourt, mullahorn, Gowna never experienced the level of hatred that the Gaels experienced for winning consecutive championships.
Good luck to Ramor , it's up to them to prove their not a one hit wonder.

Wait until they win a couple. Everybody loves to see a new up and coming team but when they start to dominate, that's when the jealousy and hatred starts to seep in...
