Cornafean club notes

December 02, 2019

Congratulations
To Aine McGibney, Mia Leddy and Ava Donohue, 5th Class, Corliss National School on winning Best in the County title in the
"Someone like me National Art Competition"  This fantastic competition aims to raise disability awareness among primary school children and give them a greater understanding of what unites children of differing abilities.  "Someone like Me" allows children to learn about and discuss these topics and creatively express what they've learned through art.  On this Tuesday 3rd December they get to attend the National prize giving ceremony in Dublin's City Hall where they will receive their county title.  There will be one national winner announced on the day.
