RESERVE LEAGUE FINAL

Our reserve team drew against Killinkere in the Division 2 league final on Saturday night last. Drumalee went in on top at half time 1-05 to Killinkere’s 0-6. In what was a pulsating second half, with Drumalee scoring a further two goals and Killinkere replying with two goals of their own. Drumalee went a point down in injury time but managed to pull off a gutsy display at the finish to draw the game and force a replay. Well done lads on a great performance. Full Time Score: Drumalee 3-11 Killinkere 2-14

The replay will take place on Sunday 30 June at 1pm . Venue TBC. Best of luck to our players and management in the replay. Here’s hoping for some silverware being brought back to Drumalee.

SENIORS ACFL LEAGUE & CHAMPIONSHIP

Our seniors play Templeport in round 13 of the league on Saturday 29 June at 7.30 at home in St Feilim’s park, Drumalee. On 14th July the rescheduled round 12 takes place where Drumalee play away to Shannon Gaels.

Drumalee have been drawn to play Templeport in the first round of the junior championship. This game is scheduled for Saturday 27 July at 5pm in O’Connell Park, Milltown.

 

JUVENILES U7 & U9

Well done to our U9 team who hosted Belturbet on Saturday morning last. It was a great morning of football in dry conditions with plenty of talent and footballing skills on show. There was some great play from both teams who plenty of parents, family and friends in attendance to cheer them on. Thank you to Belturbet for making the journey to Drumalee. Thanks also to our underage coaches for their support and encouragement every week . Keep up the good work everyone!

Training for Underage continues every Saturday morning on Drumalee pitch at 10.30am. Any further updates regarding this week’s training or matched will be sent out in the club messages

Drumalee GAA Underage cater for boys & girls from 4 years upwards. Our Underage section offer a friendly, safe, and fun environment to learn the skills of Gaelic Football & to make new friends. DRUMALEE GAA- SUMMER CUL CAMPS 22-26 July

Drumalee GAA Kellogg’s Cul Camps take place this summer from 22 July- 26 July. This week is always a great week to learn new skills and make new friends at our wonderful facilities at St Feilims Park Drumalee. Cost is €60 for first child, €55 for second child and €45 for subsequent children, all participants receive kit pack which includes jersey and training top with backpack which are included in the cost.

BOXERCISE CLASSES

Boxercise Classes are now taking place in the Club Hall with Boxercise Cavan/Boris. Class times are Tuesday evenings 7.30pm, Thursday evenings 6.30 pm & Saturday mornings at 10.30 am. Kids Boxercise classes also on Monday evenings at 5pm. All fitness levels. Pay as you go €5 per class. Contact Boris – 087-7994929 for further information.

LOTTO RESULTS

 

Club lotto draw took place last 20 June with a Jackpot of €10,400

Numbers drawn were 2,7,9 & 30. No Jackpot Winner

CAVAN SENIORS

Hard Luck to Cavan Senior team and management on their loss against Donegal in the Ulster Final last Sunday. All off Cavan are proud to see some excitement back in Cavan football, it was great to see so much blue and white in Clones on Sunday. The summer is not over yet and we wish Mickey Graham and Cavan team the best of luck in the round 4 qualifiers and hope they can make the Super Eights.
