Senior Football- The Seniors play Kildallan away this Saturday.

 

Juvenile Football- Congratulations to the Naomh Brid u15 team on retaining the u15 Paddy Minagh Memorial cup on Saturday last when they got the better of near neighbours Patrick-Sarsfields (Currin/Killeevan) in what was a very entertaining game.Thanks to match referee, Harry Conaty and to all who helped out in any way in preparing for the game.

U7 & U9 blitz

Our u7s and u9s put their full array of talent on display when they took on Currin in a blitz competition last Saturday morning. In perfect weather conditions the kids displayed all the skills of the game to the delight of the large crowd of supporters who came along to cheer them on.

 

Ladies Football- A superb day last Saturday was organized by Belturbet ladies. All players from our new Gaelic 4 Girls right up to our senior girls were catered for.  Nutrition speakers: Emma Coyle and Allan Maguire, football coach guests: Aisling Maguire, Dick Clerkin, Laura Fitzpatrick in addition to our own Ronan Fitzpatrick, Eileen Brown and James Mc Caffrey. Mental Health and Well-being facilitators: Laura Pearson, Caoimhe Brownlee, Aisling Hagarty, Miffy Hoad and Roisin Lawlor.  Every participant attended a nutrition talk, a training session and were given a mouth-watering healthy lunch kindly made by Angela in Gala, in the afternoon. All attended specific age appropriate mental health talks. Well done to all involved.

Well done to our U13 girls who played a thrilling game V Lacken last Thursday in Redhills securing a draw for themselves. 

 

Our Senior Ladies play Ballyhaise in the league this coming Wednesday in Redhills at 8pm.

 

Walking Club- This Monday and Wednesday @ 8.15pm.
