LOTTO RESULTS

 

Club lotto draw took place last Thursday 11 April with a Jackpot of €9, 400.

Numbers drawn were 9,20, 26 & 32. No Jackpot Winner

The lotto jackpot hits a massive €9,500 this week! A useful bit of money to upgrade the car or book that sun holiday! Tickets are available from usual outlets around the town. Don’t forget you can now play online – https://game/play/662 from the comfort of your own home, if you are not in, you can’t win!

Thank you to everyone who supports our lotto every week- it is the life blood of our club’s fundraising efforts.  Draw takes place every Thursday night at Club Bingo in Club Hall, play online before 7pm every Thursday. Doors open for bingo at 8pm commencing 9pm.

 

SENIOR ACFL LEAGUE NEWS

Our seniors had a great win away to Maghera McFinns in the third round of the league on Sunday last. Final Score: Drumalee 4-17 Maghera 0-7

Well done to both players and management.

 

Next up in round 4, Drumalee v Ballymachugh this Easter Saturday 20th April at home in St Feilim’s Park, Drumalee. (Times and venues subject to change, check club social media). Best of luck to our senior players in the next round.

RESERVE ACFL LEAGUE NEWS

The Reserve team came back well in the second half against Knockbride last Saturday evening in St Feilim’s Park to secure a good win in the fourth round of the reserve league. Final Score: Drumalee 2-10 (16)  Knockbride  0-14

Next up in Round 5, Drumalee play Bailieborough on Saturday 27 April. Times & venue TBC

U15 LEAGUE 2019

 

Naomh Brid (Drumalee /Redhills) U15’s v Munterconnaught MacFinns in round 3 of the league this Thursday evening 18 April, St Feilims Park, 7pm. Please see club social media for changes in time/venues.

U13 LEAGUE 2019

 

Naomh Brid (Drumalee /Redhills) U13’s team start their league campaign this week. They play Killinkere at home on Tuesday 16 April at 7pm.

Naomh Brid U13’s have been training hard for the new season and we wish both players and management every success this year.

JUVENILE TRAINING

There have been great numbers turning out for underage training every Saturday morning with U7’s training in the sports complex and U9’s over the last few weeks. Underage Training goes ahead this Saturday at 10.30 am. Please see club messages to parents for any changes. A word of thanks to all our underage coaches who give so willingly of their time every Saturday morning, it is greatly appreciated by the children, parents and the club.

Drumalee GAA Underage cater for boys & girls from 4 years upwards. Our Underage section offer a friendly, safe, and fun environment to learn the skills of Gaelic Football & to make new friends. DRUMALEE GAA- CUL CAMPS 2019

Drumalee GAA Kellogg’s Cul Camps take place this summer from 15 July- 19 July. This week is always a great week to learn new skills and make new friends at our wonderful facilities at St Feilims Park Drumalee. Cost is €60 for first child, €55 for second child and €45 for subsequent children, all participants receive kit pack which includes jersey and training top with backpack which are included in the cost.

BOXERCISE CLASSES

Boxercise Classes are now taking place in the Club Hall with Boxercise Cavan. Class times are Tuesday evenings 7.30pm, Thursday evenings 6.30 pm & Saturday mornings at 10.30 am. All fitness levels. Pay as you go €5 per class. Contact Boris – 087-7994929 for further information.

 

CLUB MEMBERSHIP/ REGISTRATION

Any outstanding club registrations fees for both senior and underage levels should now be urgently paid to team representatives or our club treasurer Carmel O’Neill. Any Friends of Drumalee subscriptions can be paid to club treasuer also. Thank you.
