Senior championship
Our senior team had a brilliant victory over Cavan Gales in the semi championship quarter final on Sunday afternoon last in Lacken the team played really well and won on a scoreline of Gowna 2_13 Cavan Gales 0_15 .
U15s
Congratulations to our u15 team and management on winnings the div1 championship final against Drumloman Gales played last Sunday in Lacken on a great day for the club scoreline

Gowna GAA presents: Trevor Smith & Friends in Low Places in the hotel kilmore cavan on friday 28th sept at 8_30pm The ultimate Garth Brooks Experience. Considering Garth hasn't been able to make his way across to Irish soil we have just the event for you. Trevor Smith and the tribute band bring you the closest thing to Garth Brooks live - you wont even know the difference.

U11s
Well done to our U11 Team who won the Cup in the Emyvale Blitz. They defeated Monaghan Harps in the final on a socreline of 0-7 to 0-6 points. Also congratulations to their managers & trainers Mark McEntee, Eamon Madden, Damien Fitzpatrick & Ryan Madden.
Gowna Ladies
U17 girls are playing Lacken Sunday 23rd September in Lacken at 11am. U11s playing Mullahoran on Monday 17th Sept at 6:15pm in Gowna.
