Monthly meeting

The June monthly meeting takes place on Wednesday, 13 June at 8:30pm. The penultimate draw will take place at the meeting. All card holders are asked to have monthly installments paid to Noeleen Smith or John McGinn in advance of that date.

 

Kelloggs Cúl Camp

We will host a Kelloggs Cúl Camp at Fay Park from 2-6 July. Details of the camp and booking for it can be found at www.kelloggsculcamps.gaa.ie.

 

Behind the Ball

Get #behindtheball and behind our juvenile players by placing your tokens in the Castlerahan box at McEvoy's SuperValu in Virginia the next time you are shopping. Spread the word to family and friends and help provide a training football to each of our juvenile players.

 

Seniors

Our seniors hosted Ballinagh in round 8 of the league on Sunday afternoon last. It was the metaphorical game of two halves, with Castlerahan heading in at the break trailing by 8 points. However, they upped the ante in the second half to emerge victorious on a scoreline of Castlerahan 2-11 to 1-12 Ballinagh. Next up is Gowna, away, on Friday evening at 8pm. 

 

Reserve

Our reserve team travel to Killygarry on Wednesday evening at 7:45pm for round 6 of the league.

 

U15

Our U15 team contested the Division 2 league final on Friday evening last where they met a much stronger Cuchulainns team and were defeated. Hard luck to the lads and their management team who have made great strides in the past year to contest two league finals and one championship final in that time. 

 

U13

Division 3:  Our team will host St. Finbarr's on Friday at 7pm in Castlerahan. 

Division 5 Group 2:  This team will travel to Virginia to take on Ramor on Wednesday evening at 7:30pm.

 

U11

Our U11s' Go Games v Munterconnaught at the weekend were cancelled. The boys continue training next Saturday morning at 10:30am. They will host Cavan Gaels on Saturday, June 2nd.

 

U7s & U9s

Our U7s and U9s hosted Cavan Gaels for Go Games in Fay Park on Saturday morning last. Training continues next Saturday morning at 10:30am in Fay Park.
