Benny Kavanagh made his 100th appearance for the Carlow footballers yesterday.

However, the Eire Og clubman failed to mark it with a win as Longford ended the Barrowsiders' unbeaten run in Division 3 of the Allianz League with a 1-11 to 0-9 victory at Netwatch Cullen Park.
