A month after their Allianz Football League Division 4 clash was declared 'null and void' by the GAA, Wicklow and Limerick will finally get to play each other in a SF challenge this weekend.

The teams were due to meet in the sixth round on March 18, but the game was postponed due to snow and was provisionally re-fixed for 24 hours later. However, the inclement weather once again proved spoilsport and the CCCC subsequently decided not to refix it along with a number of other postponed Allianz Football League games which were deemed of no consequence.

The SF challenge throws in at 5pm in Ballymanus and marks the official opening of the Askanagap club's new playing pitch.
