Clontibret manager John McEntee insists facing his native Crossmaglen in the Ulster club SFC quarter-final isn't a problem for him.

Speaking to the Irish News after Clontibret beat four-in-a-row champions Scotstown in yesterday's Monaghan SFC final, the former Crossmaglen and Armagh All-Ireland winner stated: "For me, that's not a difficult position because the goal for Clontibret was to compete in a county championship and to win it was a massive plus for us.

"We don't have aspirations at this stage to win an Ulster, we wanted to win a county title and we have done that. And if Cross' win and Clontibret win, then my home club has won and the club I'm supporting here today has won, so it's a 'win-win' for me."
