Antrim defender Neil Delargy admits that they need to produce their best performance of the year to see off the challenge of Tyrone in this weekend’s Ulster SFC quarterfinal.

Tyrone go into the game as strong favourites, while they also have had a game under their belt and this is Antrim’s first outing.

The Red Hand County are unbackable in this clash and Delargy told the Ulster Herald that they are just focusing on their own game and not worrying about their opponents.

“At this stage, we are really focusing on ourselves. The league campaign showed that we had a lot of work to do in terms of fitness, tactics, match play,” said Delargy.

“The one thing about championship is that there is always a big shock and with a bit of luck on the day you never know what could happen. Bring your A game and give it your best shot.”
