All eight games in the 2019 Ulster senior football championship will be televised, with five being shown live.

It comes after Ulster GAA confirmed its television arrangements for the upcoming Anglo-Celt Cup competition, which starts on Sunday, 12 May with the meeting of neighbours Tyrone and Derry.

“Ulster GAA have been working closely with broadcasters and Croke Park in relation to coverage of this year’s Ulster Senior Football Championship," said Ulster GAA provincial secretary and CEO Brian McAvoy.

"It promises to be a mouth-watering Championship and the prevalence of high profile derby games will undoubtedly add to the atmosphere.

"Ulster GAA are pleased that five of our eight Championship games will be shown live on television and we are the only province in which all of our championship games are being televised in full.”
